The simple, convenient and lightweight way to create a durable terrain shell. Crumple newspapers into wads, stack to form desired terrain shape and hold in place with masking tape. Dip pieces of Plaster Cloth in water and smooth over the newspaper terrain areas. Plaster Cloth dries to a hard shell surface ready to paint and landscape.
